Delivery Policy

Shipment confirmation and order tracking:

Once your item is shipped, you will get a text message from us. A notification is also sent within the OYATO mobile app (please note that you need to enable notifications on your mobile device).

Customs, duties, and taxes:

OYATO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages:

While we do our utmost best to make sure all our items are delivered in excellent condition OYATO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

We do not ship internationally at present.

Returns Policy:

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the day it is received. To be eligible for a return your item must be in unused condition and must be in its original packaging. You will also need to include the proof of purchase or receipt.
• If your returns is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). For Buy Now Pay Later customers, your full first payment will be refunded. Delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of submission.
